Feature Requests

It would be beneficial to have the ability to break down email opens by device type, such as mobile, desktop, or tablet. This feature would provide more detailed insights into how our audience is engaging with our email campaigns, allowing us to tailor our strategies accordingly.

I am looking for better open rate and click rate reporting in MailerSend. Currently, MailerSend's analytics do not provide unique open rates, making it difficult to report a true open rate on welcome emails to our clients. It would be beneficial to have unique open rate reporting similar to MailerLite, which would enhance the accuracy of our email performance metrics.
