Whitelist recipients in suppression list

I am facing challenges with the current system where recipients are automatically added to an on-hold list after soft-bouncing more than five times. This feature is hampering my use of the service. It would be beneficial to have the ability to whitelist certain recipients to prevent them from being suppressed, allowing for more flexibility in managing email delivery.

Domain Whitelisting Feature

We manage a car parks booking engine and collaborate with numerous parking lots. Each new partner is assigned an email alias for communication purposes. Occasionally, incorrect email addresses are added to these aliases, leading to issues like hard bounces or spam reports. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows us to whitelist specific domains, such as @myparking.it and @myparking.es, to prevent these emails from ending up in suppression lists.

Safelist for preventing hard bounces

I have a client who relies on receiving orders via email, but their mailbox hard bounced, causing them to miss emails. It would be beneficial to have a safelist feature to prevent hard bounces from stopping email delivery to important clients.

Disable hold function for specific recipients

I have two archive mailboxes, and it's crucial that emails sent to them are never put on hold, even if there are soft bounces. Currently, if more than three emails bounce for the same address, the recipient is put on hold for three days. I would like the ability to disable this hold function for specific recipients to ensure continuous email delivery to these critical mailboxes.

Whitelist internal email addresses

We need a way to whitelist our internal email addresses, such as those from @aircompressors.com and @otcindustrial.com, to prevent them from being placed on the On Hold list. This is crucial because emails from these addresses are internal company associates, and any delay or hold could result in penalties for us. Having a whitelist feature would ensure that these important emails are not inadvertently held up.

I would like to have the ability to view the list of recipients who are on hold due to issues like soft bounces. This would help me understand which emails are not being sent and manage my email list more effectively.

View Failed Emails During 72-Hour Block

I need a way to view emails that have failed or not been sent during the 72-hour period when the automated block is in place. Currently, there's no option to see these recipients from the Dashboard, which limits our ability to manage and review email delivery issues effectively.

Great to hear your perspective, Concrete Ptarmigan! Following up on this:
- How many internal email addresses or domains do you anticipate needing to whitelist?
- Are there any specific conditions under which an internal email should still be placed on hold?
- Would you need the ability to update or modify the whitelist frequently, or is it a one-time setup?
