Localized Email Templates with Macros

We support 24 languages and want to send emails in the user's native language. Currently, we have to duplicate campaigns for each language, which is hard to manage, especially for onboarding email funnels with 5-7 emails. It would be beneficial to create a template with macros that substitute text based on the user's language, simplifying the process and allowing for easier A/B testing.

When handling multi-language on multilingual content on templates, you have two options: either using a separate template for each language version or having the templates content fully replaced using variables. It will come down to what will be more convenient for you to use.
That said, I recommend using our personalization feature so that you don't have to create multiple templates containing the same layout. You can use variables where your content will be located in the template, and then input the value for your variables with the proper language as you make your API request.
