I am developing a website for a small company that sends a maximum of 1000 emails per month. To prevent any issues if our API key or SMTP info gets compromised, it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows us to set a hard limit on the number of emails sent. This would help eliminate the risk of exceeding our limit and incurring additional charges.

We now allow users to add a billing limit on their account, to avoid over-usage.
