We encountered an issue with exceeding our daily quota without prior warning. It would be advantageous to receive interactive notifications, such as emails, when approaching or exceeding quota thresholds. This proactive approach would help in managing resources effectively and prevent unexpected disruptions.

Considering this post as complete, since there are other work-arounds to get both the daily quota and the rate limit.

Users can view their daily quota using this endpoint:
Quotas are shared here, and they're based on the account subscription tier:
And they're also shown on the application dashboard, on the bottom left of the screen.
Users can also know their rate limits by looking at the headers of their responses:
Rate limits can be reduced based on the account's reputation, and we trigger an email to the admin in this case, explaining the situation.

A customer reached out requesting for a view on how his rate limits and also to check if it has been reduced or not.
Just one thing: is there somewhere in the account where I can see if my rate limits have been reduced?
I believe this can be improved to include how many have been used similar to the Daily requests.
