Our platform frequently encounters bursts of email sending, and the current SMTP rate limit of 120 emails per minute is insufficient for our needs. We require a higher rate limit, similar to AWS's 30 emails per second, to accommodate these bursts and ensure smooth operation.

The error messages I received, such as 'Service not available,' were unclear and could refer to various issues. It would be beneficial if the error messages could explicitly indicate when the SMTP rate limit has been reached, providing clearer guidance to users.
