We occasionally get requests from users or potential users if there is a way to test our inbound route feature without having to upgrade to a Premium plan.
In some cases the inbound route feature would be one of their main use cases and so they want to test it first to see if it suits their needs, before they considering upgrading.
Feedback from the user:

We would need to test this feature before upgrading. Doesn't really make sense to pay just to see if inbound routing works as we need.
I would definitely recommend opening up your premium features to the free plan, so prospective customers can test before upgrading - just restrict limits, not access to features.*
