Our printer, a Minolta model, encounters issues when the 'from' address differs from the authentication username. Currently, the SMTP username is automatically generated and cannot be changed, which causes problems for us. It would be beneficial if we could change the SMTP username to match our email address, such as noreply@domain.at, to avoid these issues.

In our CRM, the username for SMTP and IMAP must be the same to enable proper synchronization. Currently, SMTP usernames are generated randomly, which prevents us from achieving this sync. It would be beneficial if we could specify the SMTP username to match our IMAP service, allowing seamless integration with our CRM.
